I combine my experience as a Registered Nurse, Certified Diabetic Educator, and macronutrient coach to help individuals achieve sustainable health and wellness. With 18 years as a Registered Nurse and 10 years in obesity, diabetes, menopause, and hormonal health, I specialize in sustainable health and body transformation. As a certified macro nutrition coach and personal trainer, I help clients overcome emotional eating, cravings, and negative mindsets to build lasting habits.

Navigating peri-menopause, I teach menopause management and have maintained my weight loss for two years. I understand the struggles of mindset, diet, and exercise firsthand.
